Support

Our support is primarily Microsoft based as we are Microsoft Certified partners and all of our team have extensive experience and skills with the Microsoft product range. Our telephone support team is available during office hours although there is also an out of hours cover service which will enable you to call an expert up until 10:00 pm and at the weekend should you experience issues with your computers, network or software.

Please call for a price of a Weekend and Bank Holiday recovery solution or an IT cover solution for when the IT guy goes away on holiday.

Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity.

I.T. Aid has developed a Disaster Recovery Action / Business Continuity plan which will enable you to see at a glance whether or not your business is ready for a disaster such as a server breakdown, a routing failure or indeed the worst of cases, a fire or flood in your building.
