Training is the obvious answer but can cause logistical issues
as often staff can appear or disappear quickly depending upon the shape of the
business and there is often little or no time for induction. Considering that
the computer is quite an expensive tool and that most people in business will
need one it is odd that so little time is spent teaching individuals the basics
of Computer and I.T. Etiquette.
Many times support calls are unnecessary and often are
caused by a lack of understanding about how the systems, that are used day in and
day out, actually work or more importantly how easy they are to break if operated
by people who have not been properly trained.

authorised software use policy.
