It is now more simple than ever to join one of our support schemes.
We will sit down with you face-to-face in order to discuss what is most appropriate for you and your business; the initial consultation is free and there is absolutely no obligation to partake. Amongst these discussions, a number of hours will be allocated to the business (only after being agreed upon by all parties) and will be based upon technical needs as well as the number of users and/or machines and the number of servers in the business.

How It Works:
Whenever you call the help desk, you will be asked your name, business, and telephone number.
Then one of our qualified engineers will help to resolve any problem you encounter, after which they will log the time spent on the job.
Please note: there are no limits to the problems we can help with, and no problems are too big or too small. Whether you have an enquiry about what software to buy, about syncing your mobile phone to your company's network, or having an internet line installed, we will always be more than happy to help and will do so in a timely manner.
Every month you will receive an itemised bill with each job listed and how much time was spent. It will also give you the total number of remaining hours; therefore, you will be able to keep track and see exactly where your money is being spent.
Out-Of-Hours Service:
Our telephone support team is available during office hours; although, there is also an out of hours cover service which will enable you to call an expert up until 10:00 pm and at the weekend (including bank holidays) should you experience any difficulties with your computers, network or software.
All of these calls will be treated as a matter of urgency and will be dealt with ASAP.
Also available is an IT support cover solution which will ensure your company is covered should one of your IT guys go away on holiday.
