Our email servers operate in a fall-over sequence: this means that email will continue to operate even if the primary servers are down for maintenance or repair.They are also protected by CISCO firewalls, run the latest operating system from Microsoft, and are maintained by a group of qualified and devoted professionals.
We, too, use our own servers for mail as we trust in our own ability to manage what we deem to be a critical part of our business.
Since most of our communications are done via email, we know that it is important to keep spam and viruses from coming in through email channels- and we ensure the same for our customers as well! As this is the case, we conduct state-of-the-art spam and content filtering.
Remote mail is standard with all of our e-mail accounts; this allows the travelling business person access to their e-mail from anywhere where there is an internet connection.
