IT Support Schemes were set up by IT Aid Europe six years ago to make the
management of IT outsourcing as straight forward as possible for the majority of
our customers. It is far easier to budget and plan for IT if the way ahead is
made clear and the timesacles / costs can be spread over a whole year. Most of
our scheme customers have been on these plans since their inception and the IT
departments have flourished and now are an integral part of the business rather
than a 'White Coat' department hiding from 'Users'.
When a company joins a scheme they are allocated a number of units which is
calculated and agreed by the business. The calculation is based around the number of users / machines and the number of servers in the business. The following table can be used as a guide.
