IT Training

IT Training companies generally will offer 'the usual' prescriptive courses which are unfortunately treated as a day out by staff attending them. Our philosophy is different. We believe that training should be relevant to the needs of the business and as a result we offer our training courses only in our specialist subject areas ensuring that training is focused and useful to the business which has to foot the bill. Our Access and SQL server courses are second to none and have been evolved over many years with feedback from many organisations throughout the UK. Our training can be on site or staff can attend our offices where we have a tailored training suite with the most up to date versions of Microsoft Access and SQL server. We also maintain copies of older versions of Access should you need to upgrade your current systems.

IT Support Schemes

IT Support Schemes were set up by IT Aid Europe six years ago to make the management of IT outsourcing as straight forward as possible for the majority of our customers. It is far easier to budget and plan for IT if the way ahead is made clear and the timescales / costs can be spread over a whole year. Most of our scheme customers have been on these plans since their inception and the IT departments have flourished and now are an integral part of the business rather than a 'White Coat' department hiding from 'Users'. When a company joins a scheme they are allocated a number of units which is calculated and agreed by the business. The calculation is based around the number of users / machines and the number of servers in the business.
